Well discovered GO, JS (server side, NodeJS), Python;
Experts in current most frequent issues related to blockchain architecture (Bitcoin|Ethereum|DAG-based blockchains));
Perspective areas for blockchain development.

A huge advantage :
Expertise in cryptography (BLS scheme, Schnorr signatures, Pedersen commitments, Range proofs);
Coding using Solidity and Rust.
