Tasks:
Engage in personal direct sales to customers in the Russian and international markets in the proportion of 20% / 80%; both by phone and by email, in social networks, in personal meetings;
Provide commercial offer (to personalize the existing ones, taking account of the expectations of the client);
Participate in conferences and hold negotiations with partners;
Engage in regular planning and reporting to management;
Fulfil the established sales plans;
Regularly improve your results and skills.

We are looking for:
Knowledge of the ICO market and crypto industry or have experience in the field of Finance;
Experience in revenue planning and set KPIs;
Experience in sales by phone, email, in the format of personal meetings.
Excellent knowledge of Russian and English
