Knowledge of Ruby - work experience more than a year
Experience with RoR
Javascript / ajax and the experience of using third-party libraries
Experience with JS frameworks

PostgreSQL / MySQL
Administration of Linux-systems
Experience with version control
LESS or SASS
Gulp or Grunt
CMS
Bug / project tracking system
Technical english (reading, writing)
